He took Butterfield when we still lived in Westmont and it was nightmarish (so he ended up doing Ogden all the way instead), but I do think it cleared up after 294, so that may be a good option too. Thanks.

If you get on that way (from 83) it moves pretty well until about Meyer. Then there's going to be pockets of congestion until Finley. Like I said, I'm not sure if it's faster than Roosevelt all the way from 294, but it's worth a shot to find out.
