Ummm not if they are not doing any testing. They are not and they are not hiring right now.
There are already thousands of people that are on the waiting list that have passed the tests.
The process takes many months anyway.

I met three new recruits getting trained at the Palmer station recently and they seemed fresh. Maybe they were in from another department or something though...
