He said that their HQ was there, but when my friend called back and said he wanted to be a new customer but could he have their HQ phone number. He said you won't get anyone because there was noone there to answer his questions because they didn't have my file with them. Mind u this was on Saturday 7th 08
He also said that this company is a private lender therefore they aren't going to be listed with the BBB.org
I have dealt with finance companies in person before and I do understand why they need the deposit up front so they know that your serious about this loan. Just like people request deposit + 1st months rent upfront.
The problem I'm having is I am disabled and only draw a fixed income per month. Also I had to switch banks cause my previous bank did not do payday loans or deal with checks at all. They were completely online banking.
So anyway I had to do like 3 payday loans and what I'm afraid of if I can't find out any information is if this company is fake then I'm screwed
cause I have my check gone plus the 3 payday loans that I would have to pay back somehow
If you have any any information at all that you found out about this company then please by all means send it to me

Basically, if you are suspicious, then I would try to go to a more reputable company (not to say this one isn't- I have no idea), but one where you can go in and physically talk to people and get the loan.

Hi
I was wondering if you guys could tell me some legit places to go to for people with bad credit. I know places close to me won't help me because my credit score is around 520 or so.
I also appreciate your input.

PS... If this company is fraud then the payday loans will be going back to where I got them.

I think Payday loans are basically a scam as well--even though they are a tolerated scam. We need to re-institute usury laws to limit interest rates that can be charged. Payday loan companies are predatory by nature, and should be outlawed. They take advantage of poor people who are in a pinch.

Just wondering if you ever found out if this company is really legitimate. The reason I'm asking is because I have been trying to get a loan for $5000 & low and behold a guy by the name of Moderator cut: lets leave out names called and told me that I was approved. He was somewhat pushy when I called him back. Like I had rich friends and could get the so called Collateral deposit for my personal loan. The deposit was $825 which I do have now, took me awhile but I got it. Now I'm wondering the same way you were. If I should send this money to this company. Here is what he told me to do. 
So anyway I had to do like 3 payday loans and what I'm afraid of if I can't find out any information is if this company is fake then I'm screwed 
cause I have my check gone plus the 3 payday loans that I would have to pay back somehow
