What's the advantage of living in Norridge or Harwood Heights instead of Chicago given the property tax is higher and O'hare noise is increasing? Do people move there mainly for the school system? Are there better amenities given the higher property tax?

Close to the city. Safer than most of the city. Homes probably priced better than some city neighborhoods.
