Does anyone have general thoughts about what this area is like these days? There are a few old threads about nearby blocks from a couple years ago, but my takeaway there was that things can vary a lot block-by-block and year-by-year in that area.
I'm buying a home within a block of Armitage and Pulaski. I currently live further east, and this extreme SW corner of Logan/SE corner of Hermosa is super quiet, residential and well-kept. I'm really excited to become a part of this neighborhood.

if youre along logan blvd/wrightwood youre usually good all the way out to pulaski, armitage gets a little bit sketchy imo, especially if youre new to the city. however i dont know what your experiences are or what expectations you have. its definitely on the upswing however.
