Secondly I find it hard to believe that anyone would seriously suggest the "specific experience" of living in Forest Park is significantly better than living in Beverly. Neither will ever hold a candle to areas like Wicker Park or other popular northside / near to the lake neighborhoods but both are arguably more consistent with the kind of entertainment that is closer to the tradition of locally owned tap rooms / sports bars that are quickly being lost to "gastro pubs" and "craft made cocktails"...
There is a small but very active nightlife district on Madison Street in Forest Park. Whether it "hold[s] a candle to areas like Wicker Park or other popular northside / near to the lake neighborhoods" is a matter of opinion as the OP hasn't given us more specific information as to what they're looking for. But I'm not aware of any similarly cohesive nightlife area in Beverly or Morgan Park aside from a small cluster of Irish pubs on Western.
