This. I honestly can't get over the exaggerators when it comes to Chicago weather. Last winter was the coldest in DECADES, and even then, people were out and about, the bars/venues/restaurants were packed, museums were packed, people were shopping, etc.

I think it was the coldest since they started keeping records. It didn't stop us from doing what we typically do.
