What's expensive is your lifestyle: Unemployed/disabled and working (I gather) sporadically since 2005, and you were able to amass $40,000 in 28 bikes?? You want to keep all your bikes, have a space big enough to store them all, live in Wicker Park where rent is 1500-2000 or more, and commute 170 miles every day.

And you think that you'd actually have time to ride every single one while having to commute from Wicker Park to Rockford 5 days a week?

I reallllly hope you are not lying about any of this, because it will be hilarious when you come back and post (somehow) that you're living on the street trying to cart around your 20 bikes in a Jewel shopping cart around the streets of Chicago

Probably exaggerating about the value of the bikes and the women's clothing. If they're from 2005 I'm sure they've depreciated in value. Most of my clothing goes to goodwill after more than a couple years.
