In Search of my Father!!! (living, cost, car)

I want to find my father but have no records of him and my parents never married. Is there help for me? My mother won't give me any info. And my other family doesn't know anything about him. I only have his first Name (William), but it's a common name so when I go on a people search site a numerous amount of that particular name pops up. I don't know his last name since he never signed my birth certificate and his name does not appear on it. I pretty much forgot what he looks like because i haven't seen his face since I was four years old. I've been trying different sites but all of them are about the same. I don't have a lot of money for a private investagator or anything like that. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

No offense, but this is a ridiculous post. You offer ZERO usable information to even begin to help you.

At a minimum, you should be able to provide at least some of this information:

1) Where did your parents meet?
2) How did they meet?
3) Where were you born (city and hospital)?
4) Where did your mother live when you were born?
5) Where were you living when your father last lived with you?
6) Is he a native-born U.S. citizen or, if not, where is he from?
7) What is his race?
8) What, if anything (no matter how seemingly small and insignificant), do you know about his family (parents, siblings, etc)?
9) What kind of work did he do?
10) Where did you mother work during the time she was with your father?
11) Who were your mothers' friends during the time she was with your father?
12) Does your mother have family that she was close to at the time she was with your father?
13) Do you know if your father had a criminal record?
14) Do you know where he grew up?
15) Do you know what level of education he attained and where?
16) Do you know if he ever had a business?
17) Do you know if he ever owned property?
18) Do you know what kind of car he drove?
19) Approximately what year was he born?

Does your mom have info on him but she won't share it?
Would she be able to reach him if she absolutely had to? If so, give her your info to pass to him and if he wants to meet you, he'll reach out. If not, well, you have your answer.
