A friend of mine went to Ann's last April & it was closed. Read they had a bad health inspection
and closed down. Also read that they had a fire and are doing some renovations. When will
they reopen?

Bad enough health inspection to close 'em down and you are eager for the place to reopen? Yuck.

Many business owners use the fortuitous timing of fire as a little sign that this a great time to retire...

I think about 60% of all resturants use a little "Greek Lighting" to get out from under what is often a losing proposition.

Been going there since I was a kid. Yes, I read that they had a bad health inspection & a fire.
Could be it was a change of owners & maybe they got a reality check and a wake up call.
If you ever went there in the past you'd understand why the place was always busy
and why people are asking me when they will reopen.
The great Chicago fire didn't stop the city from moving forward.

I heard that it reopened on April 17th this month. I have not stopped by to verify yet. Next time I need bread I will though.
