List of Governors of Illinois - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

FYI: Former Governor (R) George Ryan is doing time in PRISON.

OK, we can call it corrupt instead.

Let's not forget the others;

Ex-Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich enters federal prison
LITTLETON, Colo. (AP)–Convicted former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich entered a federal prison in Colorado on Thursday to begin a 14-year sentence for corruption, including an attempt to sell or trade President Obama's vacated Senate seat.

_Otto Kerner, a Democrat who was governor from 1961 to 1968, served less than a year of a three-year sentence after his 1973 conviction on bribery, tax evasion and other counts. He was convicted of arranging favorable horse racing dates as governor in return for getting horse racing association stock at reduced prices. Kerner died in 1976.
_Dan Walker, a Democrat who was governor from 1973 to 1977, served 1 1/2 years of a seven-year sentence after pleading guilty in 1987 to bank fraud, misapplication of funds and perjury. The charges were not related to his service as governor

We Ill'annoy has a regressive flat income tax, maybe your Socialist Democrat and CPUSA affiliates can get progressive like France and tax the rich at 75%...

Why not tax fatty foods and sugary drinks??? Just think of the increased revenue!!! And it will be great for "The Children"...

That unconstitutional Firearms identification card is awful cheap too, might find a few bucks there...

You might have to pass concealed carry when you lose in court against the NRA so make sure that license to KILL is expensive!!!

How about a gun registry and ammo taxes???

Beer and liquor taxes???

You could probably jack up traffic fines too...

That's a start, Im sure if you just get more taxes everything will be fine

Increase revenues by charging $2.00 for every ticket sold would be a start.

This is going to sound calous, but elections have consequences. The people of Chicago have elected who they want to run their city and now it's time to pay the piper. They made their own bed, now it's time to sleep in it.

Good for Chicago!. The people living there vote for the same party for decades and want a ever bigger government, failed schools, overpaid public sector workers. I would love to see taxes go up at least 50 percent. Bring it on!!!!
