If you like stats there is actually a description of their method to determine the numbers.

Just like the census we should take these numbers lightly as well.

Believe Cook County had a gain of 18k.

There's no way that this place gained black people. They are moving away in droves. Well, at least the smart ones are.

You sure about that? The demolition of the larger housing projects and those people resettling in southwestern burbs is often cited as a prime factor.
