I worried a little about it when I first decided to do it. That was my reaction at first as well. My buddy lived there and after spending enough time over there I realized its not even close to as bad as you would imagine.

Its a 6 bedroom 3 bath on two seperate floors. Nobody is hardly ever home, sometimes its actually lonely. None the less, its not for everyone. But the OP really needs to give us more of an idea to make any solid suggestions.

I stand by my claims that LP can be an inexpensive place to live if you are willing to sacrifice a few things. Its not diverse in race, but is in age. :/
