My wife and I are wanting to move to Chicago but we have never been there. Does anyone know of any good tours we can take (probably downtown and north) to get a good feel of the city and neighborhoods? We are planning a trip to visit in October.

You should take one of the boat tours... they are fun and you get to learn about the architecture as well as Chicago history.
