I'm living in terrible terrible Kankakee, and I'm trying to find a full-time job in the city to commute to before making the move.

Is there a crash course in this topic available here? Perhaps mass production centers that are hiring, or a trendy website for finding jobs?

Also to note, I don't have a car, I just graduated high school, and I have no certification or experience other than High School.

Search the forum with "jobs" or "job." There are probably 40 threads in this forum.

As far as will any of them help you enough or if anything anyone writes in this thread will help you-I have no idea. People ask about jobs all of the time.

Unemployment is really high in many parts of the country-including Chicago. I would not move here (or anywhere else) unless I had a decent amount of money saved up or somewhere I can live for free or for a small amount of money until I can find a job.

Can you go to college or trade school?

Job prospects for the young with no experience are very very bleak.

What kind of job are you looking for, btw? Because the answer to that question may change your job prospects from "hit-or-miss" to "snowball's-chance-in-hell".
