Good Realtor - Prefer 60-90 day contract (Kell: realty, builders)

Hi,

I am searching for a Realtor to list and promote my home; however, I would prefer a shorter term contract. The Realtor I contacted will only sign a six month agreement. I am willing to give the Realtor six months to sell my home, but prefer to do it in three month increments.

Does anyone know a good Realtor who may be willing to accept a shorter term Exclusive Right to Sell/Lease Agreement? Please DM me if you know of anyone.
