I'm interested in relocating to Naperville, IL from Michigan. Currently looking for a 1 bedroom-1 bath (2bed-1bath, if possible) apartment within Naperville. I like newer apartment complexes with updated apartment units. My budget is $900-$950 per month.

Interested in the following amenties:
- Washer/dryer in the unit
- Water, electric or maybe heat included (hopefully 1 utlity included)
- private entrace
- Fitness center
Would also like easy access to the Metra.

Any recommendations?

Thanks in advance

I only lived at one complex in Naperville (Railway Plaza) and can fill you in a bit.... no private entrance, but gorgeous hallways. There is a small fitness center but no utilities included. The apartments are only a few years old and the price for a 1 BR, 1 BA is just a little bit more than what youre looking for, but the payoff is DIRECT access to the Metra (Rt. 59 station). No other apartment in Naperville will offer you newer units with all your requirements with direct Metra access. You could try Bristol Station, as its down the street from Railway Plaza, therefore a slightly longer walk to the Metra station.
