Hi There,

What are the cheapest apartment prices in Bridgeview and the immediate surrounding areas (within 3-5 miles) for a 1 or 2 bedroom?

I wouldn't buy in Bridgeview. Its not a very nice area. I'd go to Oak Lawn or Burbank first. They even have nicer ones in Orland Park and they are not to expensive. You get what you pay for. Unless you want to live with drug dealers Id go for the moderately priced ones if you can

I'm not trying to start a race war again, but are you Arabian? Many of the apartments in Bridgeview are occupied by middle easterners at this point as Bridgeview has an ever increasing population of middle easterners, so if you are not of middle eastern decent, you may feel a little out of place if you don't want to be one of the only white faces in your building. If you don't mind, then don't worry about it and you will be fine.

Wow. I thought the areas around Bridgeview would be less expensive.

Default Bridgeview apartment

I rented in Bridgeview for 2 years. I had a 2 bedroom apartment and paid $750 a month. $750 is right near the cheapest you can pay for a 2 bedroom. It's a great location. It's convenient to alot of shopping. My apartment was just east of 78th avenue and on 79th place. 79th street can be very noisy.
