My dad passed while his two children lived with him had no will we are not able to make payments so its in foreclosure process how long do we have house not in any of our names

You need to talk to an attorney, as the bank needs to be notified that your dad (the mortgagor) has died and the foreclosure would need to proceed against the estate. If there is equity in the home, you can sell the home, pay off the mortgage, and the proceeds would be split between the children.
