Are we getting a good deal on siding and roof installation in Grayslake? (mover)

We bought a house from a bank and we knew that the roof had to be changed, so we are now shopping for quotes on a new roof along with siding with installation:

Our House has wood siding that is rotening in the back of the house as well as the top side along the roof:
Im attaching pictures to the post. The circles indicate the damage from the water. We also have bugs in the wood, cause the woodpecker is a common visitor.
We are not doing the garage at this time.

Please advise.

Tear off old roof to the deck
Inspect deck for latent defect and replace if necessary at cost of $35 per sheet of plywood
Install granulated modified bitumen on low slope area ( front of the house)
Install ice&water shield 3' at gutter edges and valleys
Install 15# felt on remaining roof surface
Install GAF timberline HD roof system using galvanized nails (color to be .......................)
Install new vents and plumbing boots
Install new b-type vent and flashing
Clean and remove all debris generated by this project
Totem construction will provide 5 years warranty on labor
Total cost of this project $6900 50% deposit 50% after completion
