I've looked around online and I can't seem to find any that are close by and can host 10 people. I live in the suburbs so cabins are very rare here. I don't want to travel very far maybe an 1 hr-1.5hrs. Anyone have any recommendations please tell me!

If you're willing to travel two hours, SW Michigan has plenty and is very nice.

Another option is Grizzly Jack's Grand Bear Resort at Utica outside of Starved Rock State Prark.
It has large meeting rooms. I believe food may be available for those long all day meetings. Jack's also has 3 story
cabins for up to 18 persons that include fully equipped kitchens (no food), large screen TV, plus washer and dryer. Overnight guests are free to enjoy resort amenities such as the game room and indoor waterpark, etc..
Note: No restaurant or grocery on premises, or very close.
I believe with enough advance planning Jack's can "make it happen" whether you want meetings all weekend, a man cave for you and your friends, or several individual rooms.
