I would like to know if there is a suburb north of Chicago that is a good place for raising kids preferably with no crime. also would you be accepted if you are white, married, 29, and female?

If by "no crime" you mean "little crime," too many to name. The "North suburbs" extend literally 50-some miles from Evanston to Kenosha and then northwest halfway to Rockford. Perhaps you could add more criteria to narrow it down a bit? Rent or buy? Budget in either case? Where would you or your husband or whoever be working -- does it need to be convenient to any given place?
