My office is located at 200 W monroe st, Chicago, IL - 60607

Please suggest me the preferable suburb which is nearer and safe, to Downtown with 30 min train travel(Union station).

Milwaukee North Line: Glenview
North Central Service: Schiller Park
Milwaukee West: Itasca
BNSF: Downers Grove.
Or closer.
Plenty to choose from. Ogilvie Station is a bit longer walk but adds to your choices.
As the previous poster noted, add those other qualifications to narrow it down.

Be careful with them, they have an agenda.

Why not live in the city? Most people leave the city because of the schools.

Oak Lawn has the South West Service Metra near 95th and Laramie. There's affordable condos directly across the street.
