The actual lava soap green Camaro driven by Vin Diesel in the movie.

30K for a striped non-numbers matching '72 Z28 with a small block ZZ4 350 crate motor umm no thanks...
would of been ok if it had a ZZ 502 crate but then again you could build your own with a Big Block and make it look more than decent for $30K plus all taxes that will be included if you bought it.

I would rather buy a nice early to mid 70's Z28 and have a modren EFI LSx V-8 and a beefed up T-56 6-speed in it over that hacked up camaro from F&F 4

So long as you can get nice 69s for that money, whey ever consider a 70?

Hm interesting, he'll also have the Skyline GTR that was in the movie as well...

They had that thing sitting out in the main area as an attraction that you could take your pic next to for years. When I saw it, the brake rotors were covered in rust and the paint was starting to oxidize around the window weatherstripping because it'd literally just been sitting there for god-knows-how-long, and this was in 2005!

When we took my ex's nieces on the Universal Studios tour, we passed by a lot where they had all the rest of the F&F cars sitting there; same deal, rusted brake calipers, looked like absolute hell. The red Mazda RX7 FD's bumper was half hanging off. Oh, and nearly all of them had bald rear tires :/ No way in hell I'd touch one of those things! They were "done up" on the cheap as movie props and were treated like old movie props by the studio.

out of the whole seies my fav import was the red RX-7 from the first one and the montercarlo SS from the 3rd installment

the monte carlo always reminded me what trype of car I would of really bought. it may look bad on the outside comapred to the gagrage queen paint jobs of the other "race" cars but under the hood would be a nice beeffed up bored and stroked big-block V-8 and a stripped interior and full roll cage and 5-point racing harness.

A ZZ572/720R crate GM motor pumping out 720 N/A HP with a nice beefed up viper T-56 6-speed and a eaton 31 spline posi housed in a ford 9-inch diff with a 4.11 or heck 4.88 gearing with some M/T street strip ET tires and mini tub in the rear. It would of been a fun car to beat those mitsubishi eclipse and honda civic/acura inregra's with all their NAWSS,5 foot racing wings and .99 cent decals

Wow they didn't get 44k, who'da thunk it? Is this the only one or are there others too? I guess there would be other Vin Diesel cars from the movie.

When I had my 69 Camaro I went from the pro street POV to a road car. I wanted it to handle on twisties rather than be a one trick straight line go fast car. The 327 was light enough to justify it. My 67 Camaro had a straight 6 and was a great road cruiser due to the light front end. It was cheaper keeping tires on them when not burning them up. I liked the stance better as well.
