I'm sorry if this is a dumb question. I am highly considering Lee University in Cleveland for grad school. I'm wondering if there are many farms or horses around that area?

Rt #312 - Birchwood
H.L. : YES, Just West of Cleveland is a beautiful flat valley all along rt #312 with many 5 acre Horse type properties.
... This goes towards the lake / river up to rt #60 at Birchwood. Can look UP both East & West to see the plateau & mtn ridges.
.. East of Cleveland it get hilly / forest with the Ocoee white water gorge.
DAYTON city is very horse friendly with the Holiday HOrse parade 1st Sat in Dec.
