The drive-in is one thing we will miss the most when we move from Vermont to Chattanooga. We're hoping to find a good one in Tennessee.

Actually, I saw a sign today for a drive-in off of I-59 S, exit 17 Slygo which is west of Chattanooga and just off of I-24 W. I am not sure if it is still open, but the sign did speak to it being a drive-in. Maybe 1/2 mile off of Slygo on left, just past the Citgo.

Anyone been to this one?

Griz, here's the one in Dade County GA just over the border. I think it's the one you mean...

Coming soon to the woods near you

To reopen in spring! Cool place. Load up the truck we're goin' to the movies!

We have got to do that this year with the little ones, now that we are here! I know you went last year before we got here, but let's all get together and go when it reopens...pending an appropriate movie for the little ones, of course!

Cool. Thanks for the response. I've never been to Chattanooga so I'm not that familiar with the area. Does anyone know how long it takes to drive from Chattanooga to this drive-in?
