Much of the town is also very afforable for retiree living.. . Our neighbor here is building a quite large house on his horse property.

Cool . Brow views,,, Rock.Crawler events

.. Up on the plateau off of Leggett rd and the next hamlet to the north which is Graysville there
are some interesting events on private lands for vintage trials motorcycles, or these creative
Rock.Crawlers as they are called.... Events are are really a slow speed obstical course. This lady
just got her latest design finished....... Some of the drivers are in the WE-ROCK hobby.
........

A trip up the Leggett rd towards some of the Cumberland Hiking Trail paths, one may notice a small
bird viewing . or picnic platform which has the typical Brow views into the valley , looking east towards the lake.

.....

Check with realtors in Dayton, but most would be with Chattanooga.
Dayton to the north on Hwy #27 is less than 15 minutes. Chattanooga the south same hwy less than 30 minutes, Soddy-Daisy in between. Cleveland to the east maybe 45 minutes, but you have to go through Dayton.

Wink . Weather update ,/ LEE University

This fall has been a more mild temp season than in the past. Black Friday & Sat were even 70 degree
afternoon temps.. Got a few apple trees planted in the side yard...Now there is a three day period of rain
and possible three inches total may fall..... Below pic was from last week where a local track hoe digger
was still pouring cement foundations for houses in this Sale Creek farm region... Some tree color foliage
was still noticed last week.

LEE University link https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lee_University ,across the river in Cleveland is in the news lately with one of the students on the TV program VOICE for singing talent.. That college is having one of their Free holiday music program Tuesday Dec 1st at the chapel, maybe 7pm featuring the faculity Brass.
