We are thinking of trying to buy a house rather than rent, but want to look into the option of renting somewhere for a month or two or three while we finalize things between the selling of our house and buying a new house.

So do any of you guys know of apartments that do short term leases? Most of the ones I am coming across have either 6 or 12 month options... I'm going to email the few complexes at the top of our list and see if they have any shorter term options, but in the mean time I thought I would ask here to see if you guys knew of any!

We have a 2 year old and a cat, so it would need to accept pets and be in a decently safe area - and at least 1 bedroom, no studio apartments.

Oh, those actually look nice (and I think I had seen them before in my researching) but no pets I love our cat but moving would be SO much easier without her!!
