I have the same problem, with TWO systems. Charlotte Comfort Systems, Dan King, and McClintock are on my short list. In fact, I have appts today with a couple of them. Maybe I'll try a couple of these as well.
Quality Comfort Systems put our new HVAC system and was happy with them. Have also used McClintock for our routine service and have been happy with their service. We also quoted out to Bradham Brothers but they were a tiny bit higher than Quality Comfort Systems. All of these companies are highly rated on Angies List.
Had Brothers come out one year and they told us we needed to replace everything...the system lasted another 7 years w/o a dime put into it. They techs are just glorified sales people.
I just met with Charlotte Comfort Systems. I expect a quote later today.
