smells like dog poo every day...don't you people curb your dogs when you walk them? I have to walk on the bordering streets of the park (not even in it) and sometimes that smell just knocks me out...this isn't the backwoods folks, there are laws against not picking up your dog's droppings

Are you talking about the cemetery behind the Presbyterian Church uptown? I've seen people walking their dogs in there and it seems so disrespectful of the dead. I can't imagine they'd let their dogs pooo in there, that's disgusting.

The only dog park that I could find in uptown is at Frazier park. I've never been there, so I don't know about a cemetery in the park... or if its even the park the op is talking about. Maybe there is an unofficial dog park around there too?

Although I might check this dog park out. I've been going to the Reedy Creek dog park, but its always so muddy and gross there. Does anyone know if the Frazier park one is grassy?
