I moved from Clt back to MD/DC in August. I can't believe it. I miss Clt very much but I really miss my Cheerwine. I'm at lunch and I'll say I wish I could find my "Cheerwine". I can't exacly describe the flavor to everyone. They think I'm crazy. The next time I'm back in Clt, I have to buy a case of cheerwine for all of the people who are now curious about this drink that I'm craving.

Oh and a Cook-out burger would go great with it.

By the way, things have setteled here. Although I hated leaving Clt, I couldn't find a job. I now have a job with the federal government that I actually love.

I'll be in Clt soon and I'll pick up some then.
How would you describe the flavor? It's not a cherry coke or a Dr. Pepper.

I have known people who go to the website and have it shipped directly to them, that might be an option for you.

Some Food Lions in the DC area carry it -- at least in Loudoun County.

I love me some Cheerwine. The only problem with it is that if it is not really cold it tastes like Robitussin.

Sundrop is good, but Squirt is better. Just don't drink too much Ruby Red or you will get bromoderma and your skin turns red.

Squirt is good, but you don't find it as often as you find sundrop. I was specificly getting into the "southern soda" discussion... Squirt, and Wink are pop.. I'm not sure we're aloud to talk about them in here.. LOL
