I have not been since the big Extravaganza last Nov. It seems like I read where some vendors were moving to Cabarrus Co or something. Is Metrolina still pretty much the same?

Metrolina is a pretty good flea market. It looks like the "Extravaganza" has been renamed "Classic". It it is from 11/4-11/8. Here is the link: Metrolina Tradeshow Expo - Charlotte, NC

There are usually 100's and 100's of dealers that only come for these Extravaganza/Classic shows which are in April and November.

Metrolina also has flea markets once a month, usually the 1st weekend of the month. It is a fun way to spend a Sat or Sun morning.

I went on a regular flea market weekend and found that it was the same as before. I haven't been to the Extravaganza at either location since this supposed move of vendors to Cabarrus. I'm betting there's plenty of vendors to go around and you won't be disappointed at either place.

We went to Metrolina today and was very disappointed. I have never seen so few vendors. I am not sure if it was the weather, or economy. Hopefully it will improve!

I almost went today but it was already 11AM and poopy outside. I would blame the attendance on the weather. I have only been once and would like to hit it up again. I want to attend the antiques/flea market in Cabarrus, I think it's in Kanapolis? Have you been yet?

We had a great flea market in Long Beach, CA. It was the 3rd weekend of every month and had 600-800 vendors. I went to the rosebowl flea market in Pasadena a few years back and thought LB was so much better. If you're ever in So Cal and like flea markets you'll have fun. I really miss it.
