We are a young couple who would love to live in an older home. A walkable place with lots of activity's such as veiwing old homes, parks, stores, etc. Our Price limit is about $225k. If you know of any nice small towns that have nice older homes(victorian?craftman style) The best thing would be if we found a home that we could run a pet related business out of.

You must be sure that the area allows for small businesses to be sited in
your locale. Also, more cat sitting places needed rather than dogs.
