Default Rifle and Pistol club

The Charlotte Rifle and Pistol Club is located at 9130 Kensington Road, Waxhaw NC. From what I understand they have been there for years adn don't plan on moving anytime soon.
Website www.cr-pc.org
I think this is verrrrrrrrrrrry close to Millbridge. You might want to google both addresses.
We were going to buy in that area (Anklin Forrest) but couldn't handle the constant gunshots we heard on the gorgeous sunny Saturday afternoon while we were touring the neighborhood.
The sales agents or builder representatives (whatever they are called) do not have to disclose that info to you if you are planning to buy in Millbridge.
Just something to think about.

I was worried too about the rifle range but Millbridge is so enormous that I am not really worried about the noise. The lots are far away from the range.....I am going to take another ride out there this weekend. I will let you know anymore information I come up with!!

I drove into the range and it is very far into the property and densly wooded so I am not sure it would be a real problem from Millbridge!

Default Anyone actually buy?

Looking to see if anyone actually bought or moved into Millbridge? I am looking into relocating from NY to the Charlotte/Ballentyne area and was recommended Millbridge and Cureton.

Any information to assist me in my search for homes in a good subdivision would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

My daughter attends Kensington Elem the school is phenonominal, the staff is awesome and the principle is very easy to talk too...my child needs learning assistance which is why she attends that school..but anyway, The new principal Rob Jackson will be the principal of the high school according my neighbors and some of my friends who know him from opening Marvin Elem a few years back said he is excellent, and one of the best...the principal of the Cuthburtson middle school I have had personal dealings with and it is Mrs Healy she was the Asst Principal of 7th grade in Marvin Ridge last year, anyway she too is excellent...so Acedemically the schools cant be bad...lol....good luck...

We just moved to Millbridge 2 weeks ago and LOVE it here! We love this area and are very pleased with the schools. We moved down here from NY 2 years ago, but were in a different area. After much research, Waxhaw is ultimately where we wanted to be. Good luck to you, and feel free to send me a DM if you need more info.
