I noticed there are several pools-one in the older section one in the newer. Can all residents use both?

Are there many houses for sale in Hunter Oaks? What is the price range there? My husband and I are going to start looking into buying a house soon. A while ago we drove through this subdivision and thought it looked really nice. Are there other communities nearby that are similar?

Right now there are 23 homes listed as active in Hunter Oaks. List prices range from $311K to almost $700K. As previous poster said, there are great amenities here. Schools assignments are Rea View Elementary, Marvin Ridge Middle and Marvin Ridge High.

Somerset is similar in location -- is smaller in size than Hunter Oaks. Right now 12 actives from about $300K - $405K.

Its a great subdivision if you are looking for excellent schools, but most importantly location...for the last few years when we started looking here in 2006/2007 which is when we bought, homes were going under contract as soon as they hit the market...and beilieve it or not there wasnt alot to choose from when we bought, there were 12 active....If your looking for ALOT of kids in all ages we have that here too...S.charlotte&Union sold us our home here...

good luck to you on your search, please feel free if u have any questions id be more than happy to answer if I can...
