I'm so excited and I am busting to tell people! My DH's website just got nominated a finalist in the Open Web Awards in the same category as Perez Hilton! I wish I could post the link and tell you all to vote for us, but I don't want to be spammy. The subject of the site isn't Charlotte, but we are a Charlotte based site that could use some home town support...

I FINALLY got rid of my Thanksgiving house guests and made my way back to City Data. I hope you all had a happy holiday!
I wanted to thank all of you who voted for us in the Open Web Awards. Despite overloading our host, and being offline a couple of days while we changed hosting companies... I am happy to report that WE MADE IT TO THE FINAL ROUND of THE OPEN WEB AWARDS!!! So...voting continues. I hope I can count on you all for your continued support. I would love to post the link here, but won't take the risk of being spammy without a nod from a mod.
