My friend and I are going to be in town 10/25-10/26....we would like to go out after the function that we will be going to then. What's the nightlife like around there?? Is there any place fairly decent for the late 20s-early 30s crowd?

There will be some great house parties for McCain those two nites! Will post locations as we get closer to the date if you're interested.

If you can get your hands on a Creative Loafing (a little free newspaper handout), they usually have a lot of great stuff listed for the upcoming weekend.
i would check out uptown. there is plenty of nightlife here. bars, clubs, restaurants. also, check out neighborhoods like noda, southend, dilworth, elizabeth. these places all have lots of stuff to do.
