Transplanted NJ person here, looking to see if there are any leagues that take individual signups or any teams that may be in need of a player. PM me if you have any info. Thanks.

They have sign-ups now for a September start. You can sign up as an individual and they will put you with a team.

Another option is checking craigslist in the activities section..in the spring people put posts up for needing extra players for their teams so you can check that out too.
