Ok, I used to go to a kickboxing place of off Tryon near Tremont and liked it...I have moved and am now near Matthews and really don't want to drive 30+ minutes to work out. Does anyone know of any places near Matthews or Ballantyne that offers good kickboxing classes? I've also tried YMCA but didn't enjoy it since we were just punching and kicking air. I know there's a place near Wild Wings but again, not wanting to drive 20minutes.
my wife goes to peak fitness on audrey kell 3 times a week. they had a special going for membership when she signed up. it was $220 for 2 years. out the door, no sign up fee, monthly fee....nothing. works out to about 9 or so dollars a month. not bad compared to the ymca of 59-80 a month.

I am a member of the aquadic center in monroe and I am thinking about going to 9rounds to check it out.
I understand that there is a new location in sun valley area which is close to my house.
I hate the fact that I have to be at the aquatic center at a specific time for classes. It doesn't always work for my schedule.
Does anyone know when the sun valley location will open?
How much it costs?

Waxhaw may be a little further than you'd like but Reeds Karate Academy offers kick boxing for adults. Sensei Reed is awesome too!
