I thought I had read recently that construction was starting on a new elementary on Mallard Creek, somewhere. Think the article said it was meant to reduce overcrowding at MCES, HCES and David Cox. I cant find anything about it though, on CMS' website. Anyone in the know?
Near Eastfield Road. If your leaving N. meck High School head towards Charlotte on Statesville Road. You pass Eastfield on your left. The next Road on your left is Hucks Road.

There are two more elementary schools in the Mallard Creek area:
New North Tryon/Pavilion/Salome Church Rd Elementary
14015 Mallard Roost Rd. Charlotte, NC 28262
and another on Johnston-Oehler Rd
