You can do a similar search for Centex.

Unless you provide more information, it is difficult to make recommendations.

Alot of my friends and family have bought Centex Homes. Very happy with the homes and quality. They are known for their customer service. They have been ranked in JD Powers #1 2 straight years and #2 the past year for the website I saw with all the builder rankings. Plus they have been around over 50 years nationally and over 20 years in Charlotte. I've been looking at them and their neighborhoods. They have really good locations. What particular communities were you looking at?

We are renting a Centex home and have been very happy with it. The home is only a year old and they have been great with fixing things and follow up.

I think Centex is inconsistent in its offerings and quality from community to community. They had to change their business model quickly at Spicewood in Fort Mill after seeing what their competitors provided. By the time they did, they have lost our business. However, I see what they build in Charlotte and Union County and don't come across too many complaints on these. I guess one would just have to go by each individual community when evaluating Centex.

Depends on the neighborhood. Their higher end homes 350+ seem to be okay. There have been some problems with some of the less expensive areas, and their customer service sems to be a problem. They do have some super floor plans however. CP morgan is another story..What can I say..I just better not say anything okay, take it as you may but you cant give me one.
