Yes. One of those neighborhoods starts in the 600K range ( the one next to Cox Mill ES). The one across the street is in the 300's and so is Allen Mills (the one closer to Poplar Tent). They start in the mid 300's I think. I would not want to live that close to the schools. Traffic is a nightmare in the mornings and afternoons and think about what it's like on Friday nights during football season.

Ohh okay, i knew they started in the 300's didnt know they were over budget. New construction in that price range is tough in nicer areas.

Come and rent for a year. There are so many areas OUT of Charlotte that are more affordable and have good schools.
