Actually, “two” people in Charlotte are getting laid off. I swear, the Charlotte media and their over sensationalism. Only in this city would two people getting laid off make the news. Here’s the link…

OK - you answered that. I have CNN on in the background (yes, I can still write copy and listen to CNN, hee hee) and they announced 650 analysts being laid off but did not mention location . . . and I thought - surely NYSE related, and nothing to do w/ banking center in CLT. Just wondered since CNN did not make it clear as to location.

The latest being reported, looks like most Charlotte jobs are safe
