There are some displays on the concourses with historical aviation information if that's your thing. There are also very nice (and somehow famous) rocking chairs outside the food court and I think they have chargers close by to them.
Other than that, just your typical stores and restaurants. The BBQ place in the food court is far better than one would expect.
A good place to grab a good burger and and a craft beer is Bad Daddy's Burger Bar - it is on Concourse C. You don't have to leave security to get to it from any other concourse.

Good idea, but not so easy to get to - except by taxi.
