I am patiently waiting on my realtor to send me the rules and regulations for the Rosedale townhomes but I'm anxious to know. Can anyone shed light onto the rules and regulations of the HOA for Rosedale and what the monthly fee covers?

I'm talking about the Rosedale townhomes in front of Bexley, not the town homes in the Village of Rosedale, or are they considered the same community?
