I joined just to ask this question, so hi! I've searched the forum, and I don't see any topics on this, but forgive me if it's already been addressed.

I'm wondering if there are any yogis or yoginis out there who could give some advice. I had frequented Be Yoga in Dilworth on and off for several years now. In the past several months, I've found the quality of teaching hasn't been what I had been used to. Then, to top it off, Christine Navarro/Riverstone seems to have abruptly left. If you practice in the area or have taken her class, you may know how upsetting this is! (And, secondary to my primary request, if anyone knows anything about this, I'd be most curious).

In any case, I'm looking to switch up yoga studios and would love the DL on clientele, attitude, style, instruction, etc. with regards to yoga studios in the area. Anything south of Uptown would be good, but I'd prefer not to travel further south than past Fairview or so--then we're getting into travel time territory that does not lend itself to convincing me to go work out. So I'm most interested in Myers Park, Dilworth, Elizabeth, Cotswold, maybe Plaza Midwood, maybe Southpark areas, etc.

I'm an advanced beginner, and I generally go for vinyasa flow yoga if that helps. Thank you for any info you all can provide!

Yoga One and Okra, both in P-M near Commonwealth and Pecan seem to both do thriving business. I'm no yogi, but I see a lot of people coming and going and they all look content, peaceful and happy
