I have a hot tub & the fuse keeps blowing out. When I turned on the power, the air pump comes on but as soon as the jets kick on, the fuse blows out. I have replaced the fuse & the same thing occurred. I am looking for a reliable & reasonable technician/hot tub service. I wish I could diagnose the problem myself from saving some money. The last guy I called was a waste of my time & money. Didn't even diagnose the problem & told me that I needed to replace some pipes which I didn't need to. I surely do not want to go through it again. I live in south Charlotte. Thank you. I really miss my hot tub
how can I recommend you if you've never worked for me?
BTW, your topic sentence is missing a comma. But the good news is you sound confident! If I was looking for a very good hot tub service/technician I would consider using your service. Good luck with your business!
Barking recommended Mr. Spa in Pineville to me several years ago, and that is who I have been using. So I second that recommendation, especially for anyone in S. Charlotte.
I called Mr. Spa & they came out in 2 days. The service was great. Price was reasonable & the technician even told me what I needed to do to replace the pump to save money. Will definitely use them again. Thank you for the referral!
Mister Spas is unethical. Gives you a quote, and then it always goes up. I will not use him. He gave me a quote, I agreed. He did HALF the work, and I would not pay him the full amount. I actually had to call the police because he came on my property and took my pump because I would not pay him for work he had not done. Once the police were involved, he promptly returned my pump, and installed it. I think he is very shady. Do not recommend.
Well, WAXHAW, I don't know what the situation was that you were dealing with . . . but I have had to have a pump replaced and b/c I was trying to keep cost down, Mr. Spa's tech suggested that I get the one I had refurbished (whatever the word is for that). It cut down the cost substantially. The spa has worked beautifully.
I have never had any repair or tech work done by them that I felt was overpriced or shoddy. And they have never required that I pay for anything til the work was done. I didn't even pay for a replacement cover, except for a downpayment, until it came in and was delivered.
And I have never had a firm price quote go up.
Are you sure we are talking about the same company????
