Want to live in Chatsworth? Need others experiences with Turnberry homes (Waxhaw: custom home, schools)

My hubby and I want to build a semi-custom home in Waxhaw because of the great schools over there. We have looked at different communities and like Chatsworth. I like the idea of a gated community plus nice homes to boot.
Could I get other people's opinions and experiences (suggestions would be welcome too)
