Hi all!

Thanks for the replies to my last post! Coming in from NH! The trip is a GO for this Friday staying for 5 days in Mooresville for a vacation/relocation exploration. While touring the area I'd like to drive through a few neighborhood housing areas to see... well... what there is to see. Any suggestions, we are interested in new build to 5 year old homes and hoping to stay around the 190K or less range in price. Doesn't have to be big, not having kids and a 2500 square ft. home is way to much house. Water view/access would be GREAT but I think that automatically takes it right outta our price range

So... all you folks living there or who have already toured the region... I seek your input!

Thanks in advance!!

In that price range you can look at Linwood Farms and Curtis Pond.

You should also check out Oakhurst, Alexander Chase, Glenridge.....

There are som many. Should you want to look inside one of the homes or need a private tour of the area I would be more than happy to show you around.

Good Luck with everything.

I don't know what agency you are with, but I do know from reading you here for a while now that you are the least pushy, most helpful realtor on this forum. Whoever you work for is lucky to have you

its just me and another guy and the office personnel. We do not strive to be the biggest we want to be the best! When you get to big you lose the connection with your customer/client.

Back to the thread....

Check out Birkdale its good during the evening for a relaxing dinner and beer/wine.

Local bars/pubs.... Midtown sundries,Gallway Hooker (Irish Pub) Rusty Rudder. During the day there is a new Speed Park in Cornelius (Go Carts etc).

Plenty of Parks in the area... Jetton Park, Ramsey Creek, Lata Plantation etc...

Depending on what you like there is a good amount of things to do....
