Anyone have any recommendations on any of the area shed builders?
I see a lot of the rent to own ones all over but not sure about quality/value?

We just had one built by Barnyard Utility Buildings in Pineville (off of South Blvd). So far so good. They bring the materials onsite and build in about a day or so.

There is an operation on East Independence Blvd on the eastbound side. It's a couple of blocks east of Idlewild. I can't recall the name of the place, since it's been two years-plus. I did a great deal of research and narrowed down to that company. The price was very competitive, but the workmanship in the models was the deal breaker for me.

I bought a 8x10. The guy who built it was a marvel to watch. He showed up with the lumber on his trailer, which had been staged at the plant. He had the shed built in four hours. There was no pre-fab - all stick built. This shed will last 50 years if a tree does not take it down. I did paint it in a high quality outdoor paint. I paid a few dollars extra for the better quality siding, but that is money well spent if you plan to stay in your house for many years.

Make sure your HOA( if you live with one) allows sheds and if they do they might have to have certain specs. My daughter went through a ton of work to get hers approved. The Barnyard company in Pineville built it in 1 day
